Chief Executive Officer / Co-founder

Aidan Williams is Co-Founder and CEO of Audinate and has made significant contributions to the professional Audio Visual (AV) industry. His technical expertise, passion for music, and strategic thinking have been pivotal in establishing Dante networking as the industry standard for AV professionals worldwide. Under his leadership, Audinate has become a global trailblazer in AV networking solutions and an ASX 200 company.

Aidan's commitment to innovation has driven the development of groundbreaking technologies that use readily available IT networking equipment and software to revolutionize the delivery of professional audio/visual systems. Audinate’s flagship technology Dante can be found in millions of AV devices and delivers high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective networking in a diverse range of applications including arenas, amusement parks, corporate buildings, schools and universities and zoos.

In addition to his role at Audinate, Aidan actively contributes to the AV industry by participating in conferences, tradeshows, and events. His dedication to fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the AV industry demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field.

As an entrepreneur and inventor, Aidan holds over twenty patents related to IP networking. He has a BSc in Computer Science and a BEng (Hons 1) in Electrical Engineering from the University of NSW.

Chris Rollinson

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Rollinson is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, responsible for finance, accounting operations and administration at Audinate.

Chris is an experienced public company Chief Financial Officer in the media, consulting and professional services industries. Before joining Audinate, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer of WPP plc, in Australia and New Zealand, and Chief Financial Officer of WPP AUNZ Limited (ASX: SGN), Australasia’s largest marketing content and communications group. Chris commenced his career as a chartered accountant at PWC.

Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant, received his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law from University of New South Wales and holds an MBA (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

TJ Adams

Chief Product Officer

TJ Adams is Chief Product Officer at Audinate, where he leads the company’s product strategy. TJ brings deep expertise in strategic product management and technology development. TJ has a long track record in the AV industry of developing successful software-based audio, video, & control platform products that simplify and improve the way audiovisual systems are designed, deployed, and managed.

Before joining Audinate, TJ was Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Management for Q-SYS at QSC, where he played a key role in shaping the long-term vision and roadmap for the Q-SYS platform and ecosystem. Earlier in his career, he held sales and product management roles at Biamp, SITA (formerly Com-Net Software), and LexisNexis, contributing to the development of early networked AVC processing and enterprise IT solutions. Over the years, TJ has successfully led complex AV and IT integration projects across airports, convention centres, entertainment venues, and enterprise environments, earning a strong reputation as a respected leader within the AV industry.

TJ holds professional certifications in product marketing and management from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM).

Tim Neal

Vice President, Digital Services

Tim Neal is Vice President of Digital Services at Audinate, responsible for leading the transformation of the company’s digital infrastructure and cloud services. He oversees digital operations and customer-facing platforms that support thousands of Dante-enabled products in development and serve hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.
Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the AV industry, specialising in real-time audio processing and media delivery over networks. He has held senior leadership roles scaling international technology organisations, most recently as Managing Director of Dolby Laboratories’ Australian R&D facility.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and is an inventor on seven patents in audio processing and neural stimulation technologies.

Nick Peace

Chief Strategy Officer

Nick Peace is the Chief Strategy Officer at Audinate Group Ltd, where he oversees the company’s global strategy, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Audinate, he was the Chief Strategy Officer at Promedicus.

Nick brings over 20 years of experience in the software and healthcare industries, specialising in corporate development, strategy, partnerships, and investments. His expertise has been honed through executive roles at Aconex, Planet Innovation, and Starfish Ventures.

Nick holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.

Joshua Rush

Chief Marketing Officer

Josh Rush is the Chief Marketing Officer. Josh has over 25 years of experience in business, consumer and channel marketing in a variety of industries, including computer hardware, networking and telecommunications. Prior to joining Audinate, Josh held the position as Vice President of Marketing and Product at Vesta, a provider in client branded electronic payment solutions. Josh formerly served as the Digital Home Marketing Manager at HP, where his responsibilities spanned market intelligence, product definition, channel development and marketing launch plans. Josh received his Masters in Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Administration undergraduate degree in marketing communications at Boston University.

Chris Ware

Senior Vice President of Product Development

Chris Ware is the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Audinate. In this position, he has responsibility for Product Management and Engineering. With over 25 years of experience, Chris has held various roles in Product, Technology Strategy, and Engineering Leadership. Before joining Audinate, he worked at Alcatel and Motorola where he authored over 20 patents on 802.11 and other wireless networking technologies. Chris holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Wollongong.

Kerri-Ann Wilson

Chief People Officer

Kerri-Ann Wilson is the Chief People Officer for Audinate. Kerri-Ann has over 20 years of diverse global HR experience including leadership through growth, international merger and acquisition activity and large-scale organisational change. After beginning her career in human resources with Unilever, Kerri-Ann has worked in various HR leadership roles across Technology, Fintech and Advertising & Marketing industries. Kerri-Ann served as Chief People Officer at ASX-listed Altium (ASX:ALU), leading the HR function for seven years as the company expanded globally and more than doubled in headcount. Kerri-Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts, Mass Communication from Macquarie University and Master of Management, Human Resources from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
